Registration for Oakhurst soccer is now open to the entire Steck Family area. Teams for the fall season are being formed so register today. Registration forms can be dropped off at 581 Inverness Dr.

NOTE: Multiple child prices are valid only if children are signed up at the same time.

How to Register

Pre-register online at www.eayso.org:

  1. Complete all information for each player. Be sure to include your player's height, weight, and previous soccer experience.
  2. Print and sign a copy of the registration form for each player. At the top of each form, please write your child's current grade in school. Incomplete registration forms will not be accepted.
  3. If you will be volunteering in some capacity, please complete all information, print, and sign a copy of the volunteer form for each parent volunteer.
  4. Registration is at the Oakhurst Clubhouse, July 26th, 9:30 am.  After registration day, drop off the completed forms along with a check made out to AYSO at 581 Inverness Drive. There is a box on the front porch.
  5. If you have questions, please contact the registrar.
  6. Note that Oakhurst/AYSO does not maintain the eAYSO site. Any questions regarding the eAYSO site should be sent to eaysoquestions@ayso.org.

The process of pre-registering is quite simple. Instructions are listed below and are posted on the eAYSO web site (www.eayso.org).

10 Easy Steps to Register with eAYSO

  1. Log on to eAYSO. Click on “Click here to get a Username & Password”
  2. The next screen is the Parent Registration form. Provide your name, contact information and your e-mail address. Choose a username and a password.
  3. Once you have completed the Parent Registration a screen will appear which states: “Thanks for Registering." Click on the "Back" button
  4. You can now login to the system with the username and password that you entered during registration.
  5. You will then find a Welcome screen with your name. Click on the My eAYSO link in the upper left portion of the screen and the Pre Registration menu will appear.
  6. Click on "Edit Member information" and ensure that all the information is correct. Click Save
  7. Click on "View/Edit Parent Information". Complete all red star marked fields (ex, Relationship to child)
  8. To pre register your child, click on "Add a Player". Select the Region. (If you do not find the correct region, enter your zip code and use the tab key. The screen will refresh and provide you Regions in that zip code. Oakhurst/AYSO is Region 1204). Answer "yes" or "no" to the question whether your child has played with AYSO before. Click Next. Enter your child's details. Remember to complete all red star marked fields. After completing all fields, click "Save". You will be given 3 choices - Add one more Player, Become a Volunteer* and Return to main menu. Make the required selection. (*IMPORTANT NOTE: We will not be pre-registering volunteers. That should be done on Registration Day).
  9. We request that at least one parent/guardian from each family becomes a volunteer, but that should be done during our regular registration.
  10. Complete Step 8 before doing step 10 . The forms will print with the data entered in Step 8. To Print the pre-registration form, click on Print Pre-registration form. Select Player form and click on Print/Preview Forms. You will see a print icon on the top left corner. If you have a printer attached to your computer click on the printer icon and print the form. You could also save the form in your computer to print it later. Note: Please bring a signed copy of the printed pre-registration forms to registration.
